A $5,000 reward is being offered for information in a fatal hit-and-run that occurred 14 years ago in western Michigan.

Gordon Cozat was struck while outside another vehicle on Jordan Lake Road in Ionia County's Berlin Township, back in June 2002.

WOOD-TV says the hit-and-run occurred at night and may have involved a pickup truck or General Motors SUV.

Cozat was 70 and a resident of Coleman.

The sheriff's office says investigators have few leads in the case.

Anyone with information can call (616) 527-5737.
