Family of missing woman monitors Facebook page, hotline

The family of a woman who disappeared from her job at a gas station in western Michigan in 2013 continues to monitor a Facebook page and hotline they set up.

Jessica Heeringa disappeared April 26, 2013, before she was set to close the station in Norton Shores. The Muskegon Chronicle reports a "Find Jessica Heeringa" Facebook page is being monitored by her family, who takes tips that come into the hotline.

The TV show "Disappeared" on the Investigation Discovery channel featured Heeringa's case, and there were calls after the April 11 broadcast. But Norton Shores Police Chief Jon Gale says no significant leads were provided.

Gale says police stay in contact with Heeringa's family regularly to keep them updated.

Reward money topping $21,000 is being offered in the case.
