A crowd gathered at the restaurant where four people were fatally shot during a weekend rampage to pay their respect to the victims.
Dozens of people attended the prayer event and memorial Tuesday night in the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel where authorities say 45-year-old Jason Dalton shot the occupants of two vehicles. Four women were killed Saturday night, and a 14-year-old who was with them is in critical condition.
Bonnie Newburn was a friend of the victims. She says she was touched by the crowd that showed up to honor them.
A father and his son were fatally shot during the rampage at a car dealership, and a woman was injured after being shot outside an apartment complex.
Dalton is charged with six counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
