Police: Man wounded in stabbing in downtown Grand Rapids

Police say a man has been wounded in a stabbing following an argument near the downtown Grand Rapids bus station.
 
The stabbing happened late Monday near The Rapid Central Station. Grand Rapids police say the man had non-life-threatening injuries to his head. A suspect was arrested.
 
The wounded man was taken to a hospital. Police say the two men involved knew each other and The Grand Rapids Press reports they're believed to be homeless.
 

The suspect's name wasn't immediately released, pending charges. The circumstances of the stabbing are under investigation.
