Michigan's Adoption Day a Thanksgiving tradition

Michigan is celebrating adoptions this week. The annual event is held the Tuesday before Thanksgiving when courtrooms across the state finalize adoptions. WGVU talks with Michigan Supreme Court Justice, David J. Viviano, about the importance of meeting the needs of the state's Foster Care children.
