SteepleTown’s Early Childhood program presents Parents Partnering as Teachers, a conversation today with Dick Bulkowski and Ernestine Barnes. SteepleTown’s primary focus is on developing the work readiness skills of young adults who have significant life challenges and/or barriers to becoming employed. A key piece of the conversation is the Early Childhood Educator Apprenticeship program.
