Inclusion and Equity: Vanessa Gutierrez, DACA recipient

Weekly we focus on the work of area organizations and individuals advancing inclusion and equity in our community. This morning we welcome Vanessa Gutierrez, a DACA recipient who lives in Holland, MI. She is a young professional, an advocate in her community, and secretary of the board of directors at Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates. Joining the discussion are WGVU grant writer, Steve Chappell, project director of WGVU’s grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in the area of racial equity, and Mariano Avila, WGVU inclusion reporter.
