Girls Court has launched in Kent County. Girls Court is a multidisciplinary approach to serving female youth offenders by providing intensive treatment and community based support. We talk to Marcela Morazliz-Morris, Juvenile Probation Supervisor, 17th Circuit Court Family Division.
