When businesses sought COVID-19 pandemic mitigation strategies, cleaning and disinfection were often included in the plan. That’s been the case for Commercial Sanitation Management Services. Its growth has accelerated adding to its commercial accounts that includes school districts and larger businesses.
That’s led to the 20-year old commercial cleaning business investing in staffing efficiencies and improving client services. CSM employs between 200 and 500 workers.
Gun Lake Investments, an economic development corporation for the Gun Lake Tribe, acquired CSM in 2018. It’s been supplying capitol, extending access to new clients and refining its leadership team.
Now, CSM is relocating its headquarters from Hudsonville to downtown Grand Rapids bringing it closer to customers. The property at 1300 Front Street is owned by Great Lakes Investments offering 30,000 square feet of renovated space.
