People will be allowed to eat inside restaurants in Michigan starting February first.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced that today.
When they re-open next month, restaurant dining rooms will have to operate under restrictions -- 25 percent of capacity or 100 people, whichever is less. Dining areas will have to close by 10 o-clock.
Governor Whitmer say re-opening dining areas is possible because earlier restrictions have worked and infection rates have improved.
