The International Association for Great Lakes Research has released its study Great Lakes Revival: How Restoring Polluted Waters Leads to Rebirth of Great Lakes Communities. WGVU talks with co-author John Austin, Director of the Michigan Economic Center and Senior Fellow with the Brookings Institution.
