Pregnancy and parenting can be challenging. There is so much focus on your physical health, while neglecting your emotional and mental needs. At The Spot, we are here for you! Come by for a visit—we are happy to spend time with area parents and will even provide transportation if you need it. All services provided are free of cost, including consultations with our nurses, midwife, and lactation counselors. Please contact us with any questions!
